Refund Policy
Coffee Products
All coffee sales are final and non-refundable, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee purchases. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We approach every situation with fairness and a positive attitude, always aiming to find a solution that leaves everyone feeling good.
If you are unsatisfied with your coffee order for any reason, please contact us at info@whitebear.coffee within 5 days of receiving your order. While we cannot offer a refund, we will do our best to make things right.
Coffee Gear & Merchandise
All coffee gear and merchandise items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect your items carefully. If you find any issues or defects, notify us immediately.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@whitebear.coffee before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once your order leaves our facility, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the selected courier. That said, if your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact the courier and let us know as soon as possible at info@whitebear.coffee. We may be able to help solve the issue or replace the item.
While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in cases where the courier is at fault, we are often able to assist in resolving the issue or offer a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@whitebear.coffee.
Additional Notes
- This policy applies to orders made directly through our website only. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policies.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
